El Vinculo is open every day and you can visit the oil press as well as the shop. The harvest time ist between November - January and the rest of the year the press stands still. The shop is set up like a little Bodega with
bullfighting posters, chairs and tables. You can taste the olive oil before buying it and choose from a variety of other local products such as jams, wine, fruit liqueurs, paté etc.

Located just one kilometer from Zahara it easy to find. Exit Zahara leaving the lake to your left driving towards Grazalema; after 1km you will see El Vinculo on the right hand side.
