| 3. By car to Casares |
|
|
Malaga airport to Casares
• Leaving the airport, do not cross bridge to Malaga, but bear right towards Algeciras
• stay in the right lane and after the BMW turn right towards Benalmadena/Algeciras N340 / A7 / E15
• The road splits into toll road AP7 6€ (left) and A7 (right) > Marbella
• Take either road, they unite in Marbella
• A7 and AP7 split again shortly, to avoid traffic in San Pedro (5-7min) take AP7 (left) 4€ otherwise bear right through the tunnel on the A7 passing Puerto Banus
• You end up on the A7 / N340 again
• Take Exit 153 Estepona and drive up the to the roundabout
• Take the 4th exit towards N340 / A7 Algeciras again (do not cross bridge) If you do not take this exit you automatically end up on the AP7 passing by Sabinillas and ending up in Manilva
• At the 4th roundabout turn right towards Casares (Esso petrol station)
• After 12km you will arrive in Casares at the viewpoint. Park here and walk down into the village.
