Spacious entrance with spectacular ocean views
As you enter through the automatic gates, you are greeted by an elegant fountain, and you can park comfortably in the wide driveway or in one of the two garages. From the moment you enter, the spectacular views of the sea and the pool will captivate you, inviting you to enjoy the scenery from the covered terrace.
The villa has a jacuzzi for six people
The interior of the villa offers a spacious and modern kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances, a gym, and five elegantly decorated bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and ceiling fan. In addition, the villa now features an outdoor jacuzzi for six people, where you can relax with panoramic views of the coast.
The villa has a gym and paddle tennis court
The villa also has a sauna, a terrace with hammocks, an equipped gym and a 9-hole golf course with chipping area and a private paddle tennis court, from which you can admire the mountains of La Concha and the sea. Nature lovers will enjoy the fruit trees surrounding the villa, including orange, lemon and pomegranate trees.
Swimming pool of 15x6 meters with built-in seats,
Perfect for cooling off while enjoying a glass of champagne and the views towards Gibraltar and Africa. Heated pool from May/June & September/October is included in the price.. The pool can be heated in March, April, November and December for an additional cost. Next to the pool, a large covered barbecue area with pergola is ideal for alfresco dining, and there is a fully equipped private bar for cocktails while playing billiards. Alexa is available to play the music of your choice while you relax on the poolside loungers.

A beautiful place with breathtaking views. Perfect to get away from it all and relax in luxury surroundings. The accommodation is 5 star and offers a degree of privacy for all who stay there. We had a wonderful BBQ followed by pool, table tennis and a darts competition. And for anyone who likes Golf there is a great place to practice. It also offers a perfect start and end to the day with a dip in the beautiful pool.

Beautiful and spacious villa with fantastic views of Estepona, in good weather you can also see Gibraltar and Africa. You can easily go to Marbella, Ronda and Gibraltar for day trips. It has all the amenities (gas grill, heated pool, jacuzzi, pool table, treadmill, paddle court, Netflix, etc.). Overall, a very neat facility, lots of little things already available (salt, sugar, oil, etc.). Communication with Carly is easy and smooth. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and assigned.

The villa was stunning with amazing views and incredible scenery, the pool itself was beautiful with amazing appliances and areas for the perfect vacation. Amazing outside area with a beautiful pool. amazing place and 100% would visit again !!!!!
